About

Wilfred Golbeck, President of Skyline Communications, has more than 40 years of fundraising experience. He is dedicated to helping not-for-profit organizations thrive and deliver on their mission.

He spent most of his career in the corporate world – first working for Alberta Recreation and Parks as a Park Planner, and then a 25 – year career with ATCO Electric, both as a District Manager and Customer Services Manager. Throughout his corporate career he was involved as a volunteer with many not-for-profit organizations, helping them raise funds for their mission.

He recently retired after spending six years as the Director of Community Relations for the Shepherd’s Care Foundation, a faith-based not-for-profit organization which provides care and accommodations for 2,000 seniors. His primary role was fundraising, and he brought innovative and results-driven strategies to reality to exceed his fundraising targets.
